"Arrival problematic, decent once inside."

Once inside, clean room. With tv ...and spacious.

Gave arrival time and was told we'd be met. No-one there. I called and texted - no reply. Eventually another resident let us in. We wandered around and found the two reserved rooms but by guesswork only. I was contacted about twenty-five minutes later....

No breakfast but could take anything in if you wanted free use of kitchen facilities

No kettle in room but could use one in kitchen downstairs

"Excellent and a bargain"

Really good booking, had everything I needed. Kitchen was well equipped. Ensuite was convenient, bedroom was very comfortable, had table to work from. Bed was really good, I overslept. Safe location and lots of parking available. Definitely stay again without hesitation. Highly recommended. PK is a true gentleman and really makes you welcome.

Quiet and comfortable

The front door was never locked. Evan at night. There was no lock on the bedroom door. I was assured I would be safe but I didn’t feel like I could fully relax or sleep deeply.
