Do not clean tha room enough ) once in a week( Ignored my complaines about havinng no window, no air in my room when finaly and even willing to pay more Didnt offer help with my 4 bags nor with questions on the city and how to get

easy to check in, cozy place, very quite but still feel safe. i love how spacey the bathroom and the bed is so comfyyyy.

none but please refill the body shower for other customers' future use. we manage to use just enough of it huhu

Location was ok. Host was friendly. Family room was a good size

Cigarette smell in the beds and sheets. Noisy because of thin walls and guests arriving late and leaving early.

"We would stay there again."

We loved to stay there. Free coffee, and nice places to sit in the little patio. Plates and cutlery were also available, so you could have your own food. The room was clean and lovely decorated. Quite quiet for the big city.
