Dream Garden Villa Hotel Night Bazaar ChiangMai

Cute little property near the amazing Night Bazaar, our room was tidy with a really comfortable bed, air con and cute wall paintings, the water pressure was alright, the lady running the hotel was helpful and always had a smile on her face, we could use the washing machine and the fridge, nice garden with cats running around

air con takes a while to cool the room, probably due to poor insulation (there are quite large gaps between doors and the wall) Some bugs in the bathroom (mainly ants and spiders), wasn’t a problem for us but probably good to know for people easily grossed out

The room was huge! The bed was very comfortable. The inverter aircon was quiet and kept the room cool. The hosts were friendly and helpful, and everyone one spoke English perfectly. Will definitely return again!

Our room was on the ground floor near the stairs however it was quiet for our stay. The beds and bedding were very good quality and comfortable. The owner? lady was very kind and let us check in early. It is possible to get water each day but like the housekeeping you need to ask for what you want and she will give you what you need. (supplied extra pillows and change of towels on request) It looks like she manages it all herself so help yourself sometimes Wifi was good throughout our stay. Shared fridge in outside kitchenette area. Aircon was good The price paid reflected the standard of accommodation. You can take the 1st lane opposite on the main road to Night markets only a few minutes walk. We organised independently with a nearby taxi office (30 mtrs) 150 Bht back to the airport which was very good and waiting on our requested time outside.

Shower was ok but never more than luke warm on full hot. A lot of mosquitoes due to vents in the bathroom so get room spray early on! Lots of cobwebs so needed a thorough clean to start. Local 7/11 opposite was closed but other (Big C) 5 minutes walk Discarded rubbish left outside the (rear) window of our room was unnecessary and easily tidied or removed. Ideally a fridge in the room would be good.

Lovely garden and communal areas to relax in. Shower wasn't bad.

The kitchen area was very dirty, and the bathroom also needed a good clean.
