Spotless. Most comfortable night’s sleep in a while. Phil and Elaine are lovely people. I enjoyed meeting Dugby and Ruby. Great breakfast!

Couldn’t ask for better hosts. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

We had a lovely stay at Little Acorns. The location was great to catch the train into London for a show. It's a 45 minute walk to the station or a 5 minute taxi. Our hosts were very welcoming and recommended a few places to visit in St Alban's before we headed home. St Alban's is beautiful, thanks for the recommendation of the Fighting Cocks, we had a great Sunday lunch there.

Convenient location and had all the bits and pieces you needed in the room - nice comfy bed ! Also would note it’s a private bathroom so not shared which is a plus point.

Minor but would have been handy to have some shower gels / shampoo provided.

It honestly felt like a home away from home! Such a beautiful place with such beautiful people - cant thank them enough!

Very convenient for BBC Elstree where we were working the following day. Unfortunately we were held up in traffic and didn't arrive until 10.30pm but Elaine was very understanding about it and waited up until we arrived which was very kind of her as check in should have been up to 9.30pm. The room was clean, comfortable and had a mini 'fridge and an en suite shower room.

Simple breakfast exactly as advertised. Added bonus of dogs to play with (owners did check we were ok with dogs first). Shared bathroom turned out to be just ours and was immaculately clean. Bus from train station stopped almost outside.
