In quiet location, comfortable room, good host, good breakfast

A bit of a walk from anything.

It just happened to be close to some old friends of ours.

We did not study the Booking description well enough and found ourselves in small room in a private home. It felt uncomfortable. We left prematurely and booked a downtown hotel.

First time staying in a family home. Hosts very friendly. The room was spotless and clean with a small fridge in the bedroom. Breakfast was a good selection of cereals and toast, with tea and fruit juice. Cooked breakfast was offered but this would be an additional £10 charge.

I hadn’t realised that the shared bathroom was actually a Jack and Jill bathroom which I wouldn’t have liked to share but thankfully there was no one staying in the adjoining bedroom.

The property itself is in a good location, quiet , ease of parking and access to road networks. Clean and comfortable. Elaine and Phil are very welcoming and attentive hosts.

Everything very friendly and clean my second stay and would book again definitely…
