"Worst experience ever 😪"

This was the worst guesthouse we ever stayed in. The neighborhood wasn't safe at all and very noisy. You had to enter through her house to get to your room. The cupboard did not have any hangers and was full of personal stuff. STAY AWAY!!!!

"My booking was given to someone else!?!?"

Nothing, my Room I paid for and was confirmed was given to someone else and I was showed away!?!?!?! I sent a mail to bookings.com and tried calling the 021... number with no success! I need my refund as soon as possible!

The attitude of the lady was good, and she was friendly.

The house is dirty and smells bad I am not sure if it's a student accommodation The room they allocated for us, the toilet has no door for privacy, the bath is very much uncomfortable.
