The Whitehouse

I booked accomadation at Whitehouse and paid. When I arrived at property the owner said I need to cancel because they do not have accommodation for my booking. Now I am struggling to get my payment back. Very bad service, will not use or recommend to anyone

The fact that nobody welcomed us and after 30 minutes we were told that they blocked the booking and we should look for another place to stay. This is after I've showed them that the payment did go through on my account.

We never stayed there , place we're fully booked , had to find other accomodations . We send all details to your email to be refund 😠

Nothing to be honest

Don't book here! In the morning before we arrived, we tried to call the place to arrange check-in, but no one answered. When we arrived, the drunk son called his mother, who was annoyed because she was busy doing her hair. She told us she was busy, and then started asking us very rudely which of the two rooms we booked, even though that wasn't stated in our booking. The room was inside their house, and it was very hot and smelly. There is no separate bathroom, the bath tube is in the middle of the room (no shower), and the toilet is right next to the bed. This place is terrible. We did not feel safe, welcome, or treated fairly.

I booked my room and paid prior to Sunday, 15th December. Received my confirmation number and pin, only to be told upon my arrival at gate, it's full and there is no rooms available. I have not received my refund back yet, I am sending messages but no response.
