1. The house is quite smelly, suspect the staff staying there cooking shit. 2. Coway water under repair, no drinking water and tissue papers provided 3. Bathroom far away, outside of room but I booked room with bathroom. 4. Bathroom toilet pipe broken, the bathroom door no have lock, they modify a shoe tie 5. WiFi was very bad and sometimes no data at all. 6. House located next to Indian shop with alcohol drinkers, seems like not safe when go out especially at night 7. I took the ground floor room, with heavy noise when top floor person is walking. Seems like they never do proper flooring isolation. So cheap. 8. The common area floor so dirty and see dust combined with hair everywhere. 9. The common area sofa so sticky and smelly as well. 10. Water heater looks very old and rusty.
