Bathroom is clean, but the door is not working properly. It’s broken. Also the AC I put in 16 there is not enough cool.

When I made the reservation, I specifically chose and paid for a room with a private bathroom inside the room. However, upon arrival, I was given a room without an attached bathroom. Instead, I was assigned a room where the bathroom was located outside, requiring me to pass by other rooms to access it. When I contacted the property owner, I was informed that the rooms with attached bathrooms had already been booked by other customers. This was extremely disappointing, as I had paid the full price for a room with a private bathroom, not for a room with shared or external bathroom access. The main reason I chose 3133 Heritage Home was because of its proximity to Hospital Pulau Pinang (General Hospital). The inconvenience caused by this issue greatly affected my stay and was not in line with what was promised during booking.
