Could be cleaner. Toiletpaper was empty and there is no reception so it took over 14 hours to get toiletpaper again...

I liked how the room is spacious, clean and beds are quite comfortable to lie on. The area around can be a good place to walk around as it is the art street, as a 'tourist', it is very eye-catching for me to see everything around. Facilities are good and accessible to use, no broken things given to use by people. Instructions are quite clear to follow and I like how the owner was very patient with us, even showed us the location of the place through photo so we know where it is located. Love that from the owner. Service was okay, I saw workers washed the sheets and the blankets, it shows that they are doing their job by cleaning and I loved that. Would probably book again if I will come Penang next time :)

I thought the bathroom would be inside the room, not outside. It's closer to go than going all the way through the hall, but I think it's built like that but I would prefer if the bathroom is inside the room. The wifi wasn't even there as stated by the owner. I did try to search wifi and trying to key in password but I didn't manage to connect. The owner also stated that there is a key box beside the room, which is not even there. We couldn't find it. Best to take photo and show the box, so we can know how it looks like at least. I was hoping that there is more place to hang our clothes though and also more hangers, but I couldn't find any either. Price was kinda pricy for me, actually. Room is actually quite empty, but if cupboard is available to put our bags, that would be nice.
