Room at Lebuh Armenian Georgetown City Center

The location is literally in the middle of the busiest street in George Town. It's very convenient to get around George Town on foot. The room doesn't have much things, but it is clean and comfortable to live in. The wifi here is fast, had no problem using it to watch some movies and play some games. Most of the facilities here are shared between tenants, but they are sufficient for basic needs. Fridge, microwave, washing machine, hair dryer, kitchen utensils, etc. Overall very value for money staying experience.

We rented a car to go around Penang, and the location actually became a downfall for us. The street that this hotel is located is so busy and full of tourists, that it's almost impossible to find a parking for our car during the day. The shared bathrooms are clean, but somehow they just have a foul stench constantly (pee smell I think), not sure why. Next is just some minor issues that we've encountered, which can be fixed very easily. We have a light bulb right outside of our room which flickers constantly, which we thought was creepy when we checked in but we got used to it very soon. They have a broken washing machine as well but I think they will fix it soon enough.

Location is excellent (next to the touristy spot Cannon street, area is quiet at night). Owner communicates via whatsapp/booking.com and is not on sight but the lovely cleaning lady comes everyday and keeps the place spotless! Showers are great and it's so nice to have a kitchen.

Unable to use the washing machine during our whole 5 nights stay as it was broken (there are a few laundrettes nearby). We were in the room closest to the kitchen and the WiFi was at times patchy because I think we were further away from it.

we loved our stay here!! wish we could’ve stayed longer. rooms were small but very clean and cozy, the window and view was very sweet. amazing location! the shared areas were very clean too, so handy being able to do a wash.

Good location in little India. Soft mattress. Free water Microwave Washingmachine

Check in with whatts app. No staff in location. In three days there was never toilet paper. A little bit loud, better sleep with ear plugs
