Sooo eine schöne und preiswerte Unterkunft und das Essen war eines der besten in Kerala! Bootstouren (Sunrise, Sunset) wurden ebenfalls über das Guesthouse organisiert und Fahrräder kann man zB über ein anderes Guesthouse ausleihen. Unbedingt zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad bisschen die Gegend erkunden und zB zur Cotton Factory und/oder Spice Factory gehen! Sehr interessant, um das Dorfleben besser kennenzulernen.

Absolut gar nichts!

Munroe island was heaven on Earth! Unni and his family were so welcoming and kind. You could tell the family were happy to share their way of living with us- the food was incredibly tasty (the best we had in Kerala) and the tours in the backwaters were beautiful. If you do visit, please be respectful of the island life and keep it clean, use filtered water etc! It was nice that it was not touristy and the nature was outstanding.

Tout, nous avons passé un excellent séjour qui n'aurait pas pu être mieux. La maison est idéalement située au cœur de la végétation mais non loin de la rivière et de la route principale (avec des magasins/échoppes autour). Les pdj et dîners étaient maisons, préparés par la famille très goutus, divers et généreux! La maison et ses activités sont entièrement tenues par la famille, chaleureuse et très accueillante. Cela est sans compter sur les excursions en barge sur la rivière, auprès des mangroves, à couper le souffle. Un séjour que nous garderons avec nous durant très longtemps, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

We loved our stay with Uni and his family, enjoyed their heartwarming hospitality and the delicious breakfast and dinner. We did a beautiful sunrise tour on the canals with Uni‘s dad, highly recommended. The stay was a wonderful experience.

Die Gastgeberfamilie ist sehr herzlich, offen und hilfsbereit! Das Haus ist sehr schön und gut gepflegt. Besonders gut gefallen hat mir das feine Essen und die Bootstour zum Sonnenaufgang.

Très agréable, ambiance familiale, Unni est heureux de nous accueillir et aime partager avec ses hôtes. Se laisser guider pour les sorties qu'il propose, Munroe Island est un régal 👍🌞

It is just a fantastic place, where you can take a rest and enjoy doing a little less. There is great food, they make a point of changing it up so you don't eat the same thing twice.

Excellent accueil d'Unni et de toute sa famille. Cuisine délicieuse. Endroit très calme. Boucle dans les canaux, lacs, mangrove très belle au lever du soleil. Espace convivial pour les repas où il est agréable d'échanger avec les autres clients. Chambres claires, spacieuses avec vue sur bananiers et cocotiers..
