Welcoming, supportive manager whilst apartment was great, clean, comfortable and suitable for my husband who has to use mobility scooter. Being on ground level was brilliant. Convenient location near shops and rlwy stn.

Close to train station and migros

No dishwasher so I had to wash all the dishes everyday in cold water. My hands kind of hurt.

Great communication. Excellent location- less than 10 minute walk from the train station and supermarket. Just outside of the main tourist strip, so it was very quiet. School across the road, but we never heard it. Spacious apartment, would easily cater for a family of 6.

The pillows. They were so soft that they basically vanished as soon as I lay my head on them. Sounds great in theory, but terrible if you like to feel a pillow under your head. No ability to cast content to TV. After a big day exploring, it's nice to chill in front of the tv to watch some Netflix or YouTube before bed. Unfortunately, that's not an option, so you're stuck watching one of the 300 non English shows on free to air tv. Lack of basic supplies like some coffee pods for the of machine, out even some sugar sachets.
