Henry's Apartments Interlaken

It is suitable for family: clean, close to train station and groceries store. The kitchen is fully equiped, even it provides us with several spices to cook; which it s uncommon.. They have store room for luggage for guess who come earlier and want to explore the city. This is something that we just knew later after staying 2 days. It is very worth,, especially with such price.

Stairs, so just bring small or medium size luggage. Family rooms are in 2nd or 3rd fl.

We enjoyed that we could come “home” after our daily adventures and have a place to relax and unwind that wasn’t just a hotel room. We also liked that we could make our breakfast and pack a lunch for the day.

Location and generous size

Noise from guests above at night. Kitchen needed more utensils, veggie/pasta drainer and water glasses, which we requested and got.

Nice big size apartment, clean, easy walking distance to trains, supermarket shops and restaurants. Kitchen adequately stocked. Good entrance instructions. Ground floor.

The light in hallway is operated by sensor, so comes on at night when going to bathroom.

There are all amenities you need, a lot of space for everyone, even the possibility to eat in the garden. If we are going back in the future, we will definitely check for the availability of this accommodation again. We had 2 apartments, both of the same quality so I am sharing this review with both of them.

Good facilities in many ways. Clean and modern

Host left me cold. Arrived after long day of travel Had building codes in my bag. He met us on arrival l. Couldn't immediately locate my codes. Asked him to open key access for me to help me out Told me (he couldn't) because he didn't have his glasses. I am sure he could have done it with his eyes closed. Definitely tainted experience. Other details. Showed us microwave housed in cupboard but found out there is no plug in its location No washing machine facilities unless you paid exorbitant fee. A longer term apartment should have washing facilities at hand even if shared. Outside seating consists of one small table and 2 chairs This meant only one unit could use the garden. Potentially an excellent accommodation but spoilt by by an overall lack of forethought for the needs of travellers

Clean, spacious, quiet & safe surroundings yet near to amenities like supermarket, train & bus stations & restaurants. We looked forward to going back to apartment to chill in the evenings.

We stayed on 3rd floor with no lift. Our bags are still manageable. Other small issue like no bathroom mat to dry feet after shower.

Comfortable room for six people, including 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Great kitchen with large fridge and a dishwasher. Nice outdoor garden sitting area with beautiful mountain view. Great location near the train station in a beautiful neighborhood. Easy check-in/access. Also appreciated having the Interlaken travel pass that comes with the booking.

Trash requirements were a little onerous (having to take some items to public recycling). Lack of shower amenities (soap/shampoo). Kitchen equipment was a little limited (cooking utensils, no colander).
