I loved how chill and relaxed the environment was. It is really suitable for long-term stays. The host (Visham) manager(Akash) and the rest were lovely. They attended to any requests or queries we had. They are super responsive. It felt like home away from home. The breakfast was AMAZING. We tried so many different authentic Kerala-style breakfasts here as we stayed for 7 nights. The location is also ideal as there are quite a few eateries and bakeries nearby. It's just a 15-minute auto / cab ride to Fort Cochin. They even arranged our trip to a famous temple nearby as well as our trip to Allepey and Munnar. I would recommend this place to family and friends who would be visiting Cochin/ Kerala.

Nothing really, maybe just mosquitoes outside (just apply repellent, and you will be just fine). If you need something, just let them know. They will attend to it immediately. Thanks for making our stay in Kerala so comfortable and unforgettable!

The breakfast was ok , not great. Individual preferences were noted and heeded. Could have served fruit at the end but were not consistent on this measure. The external ambiance was great . The foyer was 5 star in appointments. The staff was obliging and went on his motorcycle to get us beer when the shops we went to get it were closed.

Already wrote a review in Trip advisor. The shower did nor provide hot water and should be disconnected. My contract said credit cards would be accepted and the proprietor demanded cash only. He should be called to task by booking.com for this violation of terms. Some of the services promised in the contract did not appear in the room. No bathrobes provided. No closet or drying racks . The room price was reasonable for what was provided however. The room was spartan but present as a superior queen room. There was no tea or coffee maker in the room.

Though a away from heart of city, its a quite and serene place.Staffs were very nice and helping.
