"Good location"

The room was clean. The owner is nice. When we requested something it was no problem to arrange it. We extanded our stay for one night, but we booked more basic room and he arranged that we could stay in our room without extra charge. The location is good and convenient: it is close to Fort Kochi and Ernakulam.

The air conditioning is really loud. In the bathroom the fan was not working. The bed is not comfortable.
