I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ceylonima Homestay, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality that made me feel right at home. The atmosphere of the homestay is peaceful and relaxing, perfect for anyone looking to escape the busy city life. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities thoughtfully arranged. The surroundings were beautiful, giving a true sense of Sri Lanka’s natural charm. What stood out the most was the exceptional service provided by the hosts. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. Their attention to detail and dedication to ensuring guests have a pleasant stay is truly commendable. The food was another highlight—delicious, fresh, and full of authentic local flavors. It really added to the overall experience and made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Ceylonima Homestay to anyone looking for a cozy, welcoming, and memorable place to stay. I would definitely love to visit again in the future!

Fantastic hosts, delicious dinner and a very comfortable bed. Mapa arranged for his brother (a licensed tour guide) to show us as much as he could in a short space of time. We learnt so much, thank you. Highly recommended.

From the moment we met cheerful Mapa we knew we'd have a warm welcome at this great value homestay where the ensuite accommodation - separate from the family home - was well-equipped, air-conditioned and opened out onto a shady veranda where meals were served by the host and his two smiling sons. Food prepared in the family kitchen by Mapa's wife (so sorry we didn't take her name) was tasty, sustaining and plentiful. We loved it!

We liked it all. The only thing lacking was a view - but at such good value, we're not complaining.

Tout était parfait, la gentillesse des propriétaires, la propreté, la qualité des repas… nous avons passé 2 nuits magnifiques. Contrairement à l’un des commentaires, la chambre est grande pour cette catégorie d’hébergement ainsi que la salle de bain. De plus l’équipement est en parfait état ce qui n’est pas toujours le cas. Hébergement à recommander pour ceux qui veulent découvrir Anuradhapura tout en cherchant un endroit au calme.

Accueil charmant. Bons petits déjeuners et repas du soir pris devant la chambre.

Chambre et salle de bain petites. Confort moyen. Fenêtre donnant sur terrasse passante donc pas à ouvrir.

We just loved everything! The warm welcome, the kindness of the hosts, the delicious breakfasts, the adorable birds nesting in the plants, ... Thank you so much!

The food was so good — both breakfast and dinner were extensive and perfect. The people were incredibly kind and helpful. They really thought along with us and were there whenever we needed them.
