Mambetron Homestay, Kri Island, Raja Ampat

The location is very nice, the food is good and extra good when grandmother is cooking, snorkeling from the Jetty is great. They have WiFi in the evening.

When I arrived, I didn't get any bed sheets or blanken or explanation in general, there's a muscle man working there who is completely uninterested in his guest. In my opinium there always need a person working in a homestay that speakes a bit of english...the intention from the Family is good, but for example the day I left, nobody ask me something, If I was the Homestay owner!!! I would ask my guest if they had had a good time and what we can do to improve things.

Fabulous coral reef right in front of cabin. Good food, but basic and no choice. Nice staff. The deck outside the cabin overlooking the beach and ocean was great. Loved having the chairs, table and hammock.

The mosquito netting had many holes. I was unable to sleep much due to the high humidity and warm weather. But, that's the climate and not the homestay's fault. Take a small fan that can be put on the bed under the mosquito netting.

Très bon emplacement ! On peut voir des dauphins, tortues, requins juste en face. La nourriture est très bonne et les hôtes sont attentifs. Ils nous on prêté du matériel de Snorkeling ! Très bon séjour

The owner was not here and none of the staff spoke english. I was not given any introduction to the place whatsoever. No info about eating times or excursions. That is very disappointing. Other guests helped me to get a towel, bedsheet, fins and connect to wifi. There is not even a sign board with info. I hurt my toe in the dining room and was not assisted by staff. They just looked and pushed the bench i bumped my toe into further under the table. I know this is a remote place but a smile goes a long way. Nice bungalow with good bed and mosquito net. Private bathroom. Food was tasty and enough.

Ich war bereits vor 2 Jahren im Mambetron und bin sehr gerne nochmals dahin, auf dieser Reise sogar grad 2 Mal. Das Essen ist gut und das Hausriff hervorragend. Die eigene Dusche/Toilette schätze ich auch sehr. Wifi hat auch nicht jede Homestay 👍 mir gefällts dort 😊
