The host, Roy is very kind and has so many lovely stories to tell. He helps with anything there is to do in the environment. We went to the fish market and he bargained a good price for fresh prawns and he took us to a local fish restaurant to cook it for us!

Entire premises is neat and clean, friendly staff, homestay is managed by owner Mr. Roy, he is genuine, friendly and heart touching personality... enjoyed the stay, located in the heart of fort kochi nearby to visit most of the places...

Location just right, easy walking to major sights, restaurants, etc. Nice home and genuine friendliness of the owner.

Hot water a bit sparse. I cannot eat chili and much of the breakfast seerved was local Indian style and not to my liking.

Location couldn't have been better as it is within walking distance of so many fantastic locations which is highly convenient. The host was very hospitable, polite, and incredibly helpful. He will advise and help arrange the logistics of any travel plan you have in the area, which made our trip much easier and stress-free. Overall great value for money and a unique experience. We would highly recommend!

Staying with Roy uncle was great - beautiful and very spacious house. The bedroom was big with a large bathroom, very quiet. The location is great, right in the heart of Fort Kochi so you can walk to most places. Roy uncle is very accessible with practical advice and great stories. Definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Host behaviour is tremendous. It feels to meet a relative 😊. You will get any support if You asked him. He went live sea fish market with Us and helped Us to bought good qualities on compititive price. He also arranged the cooking shop and the lobsters and red snappers test was so authentic as Kerala.
