Best breakfast in Vietnam, good location, the family is very kind and helpful they helped me a lot with everything i asked. I had such an amazing time at tam coc.

"Convenient/clean/comforable"

*10min walk from the sleeper bus stop *good quality clean sheets 10/10 *Clean room 10/10 *Friendly service 10/10 English is little. *Breakfast generous menu 8/10 Location is in middle of cafes&massages 10/10 *Owner works on site as a Barber *The owner carried my suitcase upstairs which was a massive relief… *On arrival, i was given map/ list of attractions to visit locally.

No big deal- my room was at the front of a busy road side.. beep beep If i had more time, i would’ve stayed a few more nights even with the beep beep sounds.

The room is spacious. There are lots of cafes nearby. The landscapes around are breathtaking! The hosts are very friendly and helpful! The breakfasts are out of the world! Highly recommended!

The friendliest family in Tam Coc. If you are looking for a homestay experience please give the Friendly Homestay a try. The hosts were so kind and accomodating, I wished I had more time there. The location is great, only a short walk to the main part of town, there are eateries all around. You can hire bikes which I recommend and don't miss the breakfast or the Vietnamese coffee. Cảm ơn!

Great value for money. Clean room, fresh bedsheets, location right in the centre of Tam Coc. Close to all shops and restaurants. Friendly staff. Good breakfast

The host was so friendly and kind! We had only one night but felt so good and comfortable. She helped us with all our problems and gave us some food and drinks for the bus ride.. The room was good, clean and the bed was not to hard. Would definitely come back and recommend this place!!

The room had everything you need. We had a lovely big balcony with a great view, the breakfast was great, and the staff were so helpful and friendly. I would definitely come back!

Such a kind couple who own the homestay, they were so welcoming and attentive to all of our needs. They helped book transport and provided suggestions of tours/activities in Ninh Binh. Breakfast was great, location superb, rooms were spotless and bed comfortable. We ate in the restaurant next door (Thuy Linh) every night of our stay!
