"Clean, good localisation, tasty breakfast."

Very clean, spacious rooms, very nice and helpful owners. Localisation near the center, there is an option to rent a bike. Owner also helped us book a night bus to Hoi An, everything went smoothly.

Tha family is really kind, they can help you with anything. The breakfast is amaizing, you have to choose from many options. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable. I really liked staying here.

Everthing was perfect! It is a nice little homestay with frindly owners, which will try their best that you have nice stay! The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was good and they had good bicycles.

Nice and bright room with big terrace and great view. Hosts were really nice and did good recommendations on activities around. Bicycles and bikes could be rent. There are a lot of restaurants around.

Karaoke nearby, and there are not always good singers :) but it stops before midnight

We stayed there about a year ago and were amazed by the quality of accommodation, so this time we didn't search for another option. But unfortunately the quality is not so high anymore or we just had bad luck. The room was clean and spacious, but a little bit tired. The owners behaved not friendly. Still the location is very nice, so if it's cheap, it can be a good place for a sleepover.

They charged us additionally for an early check in though other hotels in the area allow free early check in because most of the people arrive with a sleeper bus). We rented a motorbike here and it was in a very bad condition with broken light and brakes. The breakfast could be improved (instant noodles.. a bad surprise).

"Fantastic stay at the Family friendly Homestay in Tam COC!"

It’s in the heart of Tam COC and there are many restaurants close by. It’s also close to the Tam COC river where you can take a boat ride. Very good location and I highly recommend this place. Furthermore the hosts are really nice and welcoming 🫶🏽
