Die Unterkunft ist klein aber fein. Sehr sauber ! Es gibt ein kleines Frühstück, das sehr nett ist. In der Küche gibt es Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine und Kühlschrank zur allg. Benutzung für die Güste. Kochen ist ist nicht erlaubt (der Herd ist auschlieeslich für das Personal). Es gibt zwei Gemeinschfts-Bäder mit WC. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wer möchte kann dort auch Aktivitäten wie Kanu oder Wandern etc. buchen.

Leider gab es von Booking.com wenig Informationen zum Check-In. Ein kurzer Satz wie "Der Gastgeber wird sich am Tag des Check-In bei ihnen melden mit den nötigen Informationen. Die Informationen zum Schlüsselkasten werden ca. 2h vor Ankunft weitergegeben" wäre hilfreich gewesen.

The simple breakfast was fine, although the one cereal I was interested in - the cornflakes - was stake. The room was clean and looked nice enough. There was a portable radiator to keep the temperature good.

In its current condition, I can't recommend this accomodation to anyone unless it's as an absolute last resort. The price wasn't that expensive, and I still feel I paid way too much. It's an uninviting and depressing place to spend your time. I echo what other guests say about the dogs, the air fresheners and the showers. The barking from the neighbourhood dogs is continual throughout the day and night. The property can't be blamed for that, but people have to know it exists. There's a network of air fresheners around the house, all of which are automatic and make a loud noise as they dispense. There's continuous water pressure noise that's heard from the pipes in the room. It never stops. There's a metal road grate directly outside the front door that makes a very loud, sharp bang every time a car drives over it. This can be heard clearly inside the bedroom. Not the accomodation's fault, but something people have to know about. There were two people in the room beside me who made noise all night, every night, until around 2 or 3 am. I asked them to stop. They didn't. I asked the host to say something to them, and I got no response. There was one body-towel in my room when I arrived. I asked for another as I knew there'd be days in which I'd want two showers. I was told they don't give a second; I'd have to leave one in a basket in the hall and at some non-descript time of the day, someone would go there and replace it. I was told they don't replace towels on a daily basis during off-season but that - as an exception - they would replace my towel with a fresh one. That's not acceptable. There's a washing machine and dryer in the kitchen, but you have to pay €10 if you want to use both. It's cheaper and faster to walk 5 minutes down the road to the launderette. You're lucky if you get hot water in the shower and the water pressure is very weak.

El detalle del desayuno y la limpieza

Las camas tienen muelles que se clavan, tiene un aseo solo en la parte de arriba para chicas y los chicos tienen que bajar a la planta de abajo, el tostador hace que salte toda la electricidad y lo peor es la hora del check in. Que es myy tarde.

La atención de Joao y la buena decoración de las habitaciones, así como la comodidad de las camas. Aunque la casa es antigua, su anfitrión ha ido consiguiendo hacer muchas mejoras, aunque el patio no estaba disponible. Está ubicada en un lugar perfecto para conocer la Isla.

Bueno el baño necesitaba alguna reforma porque era antiguo y el agua no llegaba lo suficientemente caliente, pero nunca faltaban las toallas limpias y tenía radiadores para calentarlo.

Great location, very clean and Joao was a great help with recommendations and being flexible with our breakfast schedules.

It was rather cold in the hallways and kitchen .. some heating, rugs or carpets would make it much cozier - although we were there for the coldest season

Comfy beds, nice room, good breakfast, friendly host and contact less checkin.

Even though the beds were comfy for people taller than 190 cm they were short.
