Well located for shops and public transport Great value for money A small room, but everything you need

location was good, close to hove station.

1) Room had no ventilation whatsoever, other than the window that was pointed directly onto the street. 2) Despite accommodation demanding clean-up, cleaning equipment was completely inadequate (no brush, no solutions to put on mop to clean bathroom). 3) Despite promises of a kitchen, the kitchen had no cutting boards or bins. It also didn’t have a kettle until demanded. Long story short, at that price I expected much much better, and at that price point is arguably the worst place I have stayed in.

I warning the public This accommodation looks like a prison cell with a bed and a sheet in a tiny room where it is difficult to breathe after 5 minutes inside because of its small size and poor ventilation and if it is summer, how was the time I was there, it is worse situation with The heat and the trick of The owner in his rules in his accommodation is non-refundable if you do not like the accommodation so that you lose all the money if you go elsewhere. And if you stay in the accommodation you have to clean it before you leave because any stain you leave behind he wants to charge you an extra £200 for leaving the accommodation dirty. Read well the changes that he makes before your arrival because he can make changes to get more money like what happened to me with my pet

Really close to the centre of Hove and the Hove station, green area, lots of shops.
