Wow, this place was incredible, we booked an extra night, staff were attentive and caring, place was spotlessly clean, bed was comfy, room was lovely and location was perfect Breakfast was included which was very nice

Lovely and helpful hosts. Good and quiet location. Tuk tuk service to Ambuluwawa Tower. Tasty food. The whole guesthouse is cosy and very clean.

It was like staying at your relative’s house. Felt like home. The hosts were very helpful nice people. Room was large and clean. Price was decent and they provide Tuktuk service and scooter for rent. Overall was fantastic. Also got help for ordering food as it was late and exchange of currency.

It was a bit difficult for us to find but we were there quite late and google map doesn’t work very well in Sri Lanka it doesn’t distinguish between a broad road and bigger road. Unfortunately we had a massive van and that added to the problem in many places!

This is honestly the best place to stay in the Gampola region. Clean, cozy rooms just next to the beautiful forest and wondefull hosts that make you feel like you're the part of their family and offer home cooked local dishes for dinner and breakfast. Host also offers tuk tuk to the Ambuluwawa Tower. Absolutely loved the hospitality, couldn't recommend more, just book it and enjoy!

Excellent accommodation hosted by a lovely Husband & Wife. We found this to be the perfect place to stay for a visit to Ambuluwawa Tower. Clean & comfortable room, with good home cooked food available onsite. The hosts also assisted in arranging a transfer from Sigiriya to the accommodation, a tuk tuk to the tower, and a departing transfer to Nanu Oya Station. Very comfortable & convenient!

100% recommend staying at this guest house. Super clean and comfortable, there are 3 rooms, each with private bathrooms. Everything is newly renovated and comfortable. The rooms are on the 1st floor, where there is a private lounge just for the guest, though we were made to feel welcome everywhere. On the roof there is a terrace where we did sunrise yoga and meditation, surrounded by lush greenery. You can see the tower from the roof. The owners are really nice and are able to provide Pick ups and drop off. We were taken to our next stop (Sigiriya) by their vehicle. They also have a Tuk Tuk and can take you to the tower, wait (no rush) and return. Food was really good and we had tasty vegetarian and vegan food. They can provide breakfast, lunch and evening meals, They have had visitors from 49 countries around the world and we have no hesitation recommending this accommodation in Gampola.

Wonderful hosts and made us feel very welcome. Room clean and spacious. Bed comfortable. Shower good and warm. Clean room in good condition. Breakfast great. Owner took us to the tower at a reasonable price. He made the visit easy and showed us a few spots. The cooking class is a must. The owner, his wife and sister inlaw cooked with us and made it fun and tasty. Helped with putting oil in our tuk tuk.

No AC, but had a powerful fan. Maybe at this price, I shouldn't expect AC? It cooled down at night, so not a problem.

Amazing hosts. Perfect localization, delicious breakfast. It is possible to order dinner. The host offers a tuk-tuk service and takes you to the tower. We were the first and climbed to the top alone.
