Nice staff, very clean well maintained place, Amazing food, great room service & reasonably priced tie ups with local taxi & auto vendors. They cover all major points in 6 hours. There are multiple packages available at hotel as well. Very helpful people, nice stay for couples and families. If you prefer pure veg & Gujarati food this is the perfect stay where you can eat delicious food throughout the day. Additional games like TT & Carrom available. Breakfast is unlimited & tasty, can be availed at the hotel by a day prior intimation. Location is also perfect nearby to railway station. If you plan for 2 days you can easily cover Lonavala day 1 & Imagicaa day 2.

Swimming pool is a little small but works for chilling out. No cutlery provided for outside food.
