The hosts are very hospitable and are kind. They can arrange all kinds of trips for you for less than the usual price. The breakfast was delicious and the host gave us some things from their own garden as gifts to bring home. The view from the balcony is very beautiful and peaceful.

The location is a bit further from the town centre than expected. So you have to spend a bit extra on tuktuks.

The breakfast and the dinner was absolutely wonderful, and the hospitality was truly beyond anything we expected. Even after we checked out and reached Negombo, they called to make sure we arrived safely, which meant so much to us. They helped us with everything—from arranging tuk-tuks to suggesting beautiful places to visit—and always made sure we got the best deals. We felt so comfortable throughout our stay that it never once felt like we were away from home. It was such a caring and thoughtful experience, and we are really grateful for it. 💛

The best home stay I've ever had! The host was so nice and the breakfast was terrific and so large. An incredible value for the price. The room was spacious and beautiful garden with trees and plants. The balcony is HUGE, and beautiful. He even had a tuktuk driver to get me from the station, I will recommend to anyone !

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr schön – ruhig und abseits vom Trubel in Ella, was uns besonders gut gefallen hat. Trotzdem ist man mit dem Tuk Tuk in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum. Vom Balkon aus kann man verschiedene Tiere beobachten, wirklich toll! Wir hatten ein Dreibettzimmer, das groß und sauber war, mit Türen zum Balkon und einem Mückennetz. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, aber ein Ventilator ist vorhanden, der völlig ausreichend ist, da die Temperaturen angenehm sind. Die Familie ist unglaublich herzlich – wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Sie haben uns tolle Tipps gegeben und uns bei der Planung unserer Aktivitäten unterstützt. Das Frühstück war groß, abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. Wir waren vier Nächte da und jedes Frühstück war anders! Außerdem sind Restaurants und ein Supermarkt bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein Parkplatz für unser Tuk Tuk war ebenfalls vorhanden. Insgesamt eine große Empfehlung – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Ein kleiner Verbesserungspunkt: Das Badezimmer hätte etwas sauberer sein können. Aber es war vollkommen in Ordnung!
