Dommage nous avons loué la chambre avec baignoire, mais il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude malgré plusieurs passages du personnel. Le personnel ne parle pas un mot d’anglais c’est difficile de se faire comprendre

Owners were friendly and very helpful. We had lots of suitcase and they helped us from day 1 until the day we left.

The location was right in the mountains, surrounded by great scenic beauty — truly a treat for nature lovers. The place had cozy staff and offered excellent facilities, making the stay comfortable and pleasant.

It is a bit remote, but that adds to its charm, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle.

Wunderschöne Lage beim Sonnenaufgang! Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und schön eingerichtet. Die Badewanne auf dem Balkon ist ein Highlight. Die Anlage ist sehr schön. Kurzer Weg zu den Schienen für einen Spaziergang oder Wanderung. Die Familie ist sehr hilfsbereit und nett!!

Das Essensangebot am Abend ist noch ausbaufähig.

The room was a little bit old, the floors, furnishings, bathroom and might need some updating.

All the hosts were lovely - we so enjoyed walking along the railway to the accommodation. From here we then walked up Ella Rock on way and the other way to 9 arch bridge. If you like birds this is the place for you, I have the Merlin app and it registered over 20 birds, and because you are up in the trees, saw at least half of them. Totally recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay at Rainbow Sky Cottage. The room was beautiful and clean and had the most stunning view, especially exciting when the train passes by. The owners could not be more lovely and accommodating. They will come pick you up from the drop off point as the drive is pretty steep so not easily accessible by car. They shared all the information prior to arrival so it was easy to do. We also used them a couple of times for pick up and drop offs into Ella town. Otherwise you can get to Ella by walking about 15 minutes along the train track which was really fun (we even saw a monkey). It is initially down a steep hill but after that it’s flat. We would highly recommend.

Nothing. The walk down to the track is steep but if you have mobility issues a tuktuk is easy to organise

The view was surreal; we were upgraded to a great room, and we were very comfortable. The location is ideal, since it’s not in Ella but within walking distance following the train tracks. Our hosts organized tuk tuks to the city when we needed, and a driver to leave for another city. We couldn’t have been more satisfied with our stay.
