Cette guesthouse est une histoire de famille depuis trois générations. Tout y est parfait. Très jolies chambres dans le style des havelis ces maisons peintes des riches marchands. L'accueil est parfait avec pleins d'explications de la part du papa. La maman cuisine (excellents plats), la fille et le fils sont très disponibles. Bien placée même si à 500m du cœur de la ville (plus de calme) . Prenez le temps d’arpenter les rues alentours. Vous n'y trouverez que des sourires. C'était un bonheur

Superbe maison et hôtes très accueillants et chaleureux. Communication très fluide! Notre hôte nous a donné de nombreux conseils et permis de découvrir la région et ses habitants d’une façon que nous n’aurions pas pu faire par nous même.

Es war ein tolles Erlebnis in der Tourist Pension mit den einzelnen Familienmitgliedern. Ich wurde überraschend am Bahnhof abgeholt. An der Unterkunft gab es ein Upgrade für das Zimmer, das wirklich toll war. Nach anfänglicher Skepsis habe ich mich für das Frühstück und Abendbrot im Haus entschieden und es nicht bereut. Früh gab es sogar Schwarzbrot, frisch zubereitet und schmackhafter als zuhause. Und abends wurden immer neue kreative vegetarische Gerichte aufgetafelt. Es war wirklich unwahrscheinlich lecker. Alle waren sehr freundlich und wir machten noch einen Ausflug zu einer Schulabschlussfeier. Nochmals herzlichen Dank an alle Familienmitglieder, das sie so ein schönes familäres Hotel auf die Beine gestellt haben. Ich kann es jedenfalls nur weiter empfehlen

L'accueil de Raj et de sa famille est fabuleux. Il nous a fait découvrir de magnifiques havelis à Nawalgarh et dans la campagne du Shekhawati. Son épouse nous a préparé tout au long de notre séjour de délicieux repas. On se sent comme à la maison ! Et la petite Lavisha est toute mignonne.

Le propriétaire et sa famille sont adorables, très accueillants et de bons conseils. Rajesh parle un peu français d'ailleurs. Ils nous ont préparé le dîner et le petit dejeuner qui étaient très bons, copieux et équilibrés. Un bijou a Nawalgarh !

La climatisation de la chambre était capricieuse (la télécommande fonctionnait très mal)

Like all the reviews - such a lovely experience. Nice room, airy and bright and great location. But best is the care and welcome of the hosts. Great home cooking for dinner, fresh bread and marmalade for breakfast - yummy. And excellent coffee! I am so glad I chose this place. Tip - upgrade to the mid size room definitely worth it !

great family run place

A very welcoming family. The mother, assisted by their daughter, cooks divinely well. The younger son (I barely met the eldest) is a lively young man, full of aspirations and promise; he speaks perfect English and German. The father takes great care of his guests—attentive, responsive, providing tailored advice, and always kind. And they all greet you with warm, generous smiles. As for the guesthouse itself, it is a peaceful haven, filled with light, in an otherwise noisy and polluted city, whose havelis make the only cultural and architectural charm. To truly enjoy the surrounding countryside, you should venture outside the city—preferably by bike— and ride to places like Dundlod or Old Parasrampura (as recommended by Rajesh), where you can breathe fresh air and take in the lush wheat fields and the authentic colors of rural India, brought to life by the women in vibrant saris working in the fields. A peaceful and serene stay, in any case, with this adorable family that welcomes you as one of their own!

Lovely spacious room and bathroom with really hot water. Very kind and welcoming host family with great food cooked by Raj’s wife using fresh and largely organic ingredients. Raj is a mine of information about the area and do go with him on one of his haveli tours. The property is within walking distance of the bazaar and the main havelis but there are also plenty of tuk tuks. Highly recommended and excellent value for money.
