Riad Fes Touria Palace

Our stay at Fes Touria Palace was fantastic! The Riad was relatively easy to find because it's well signaled in all the streets nearby in the labirintic Medina of Fes. The structure looks nice, cleaned and well maintained, they have a rooftop that was our choice when we wanted to relax after a full day of walking and enjoy the sunset. The room is well equipped with everything you need and comfortable. The breakfast is very good and freshly prepared by their kitchen everyday. But the real difference is made by Omar, a very professional host that welcomed us and made us feel comfortable since the first day. He speaks different languages and he gave us all the informations and tips on how to visit Fes at our best. He is always around the Riad to assist costumers and make them feel at home. Definetly recommended!

The breakfast starts from 9, and being prepared at the moment sometimes the service can be a bit slow if the Riad is full, but that's undestandable. We appreciated the possibility of having a small breakfast packed for a day in which we had to go out early for an excursion.

おすすめのリャドです。 車で入れないエリアにあるため、4-5分歩く必要があります。タクシーを降りると、荷物を運んでくれる人(ホテルとは関係ない)がいますが、チップを要求されるためご注意ください。 ホテルは快適でした。綺麗なテラスがあり、朝食も美味しかったです。 また、スタッフは英語が流暢で、非常に親切でした。2泊目はサハラ砂漠ツアーに参加する都合で朝食の時間に間に合いませんでしたが、事前に伝えると朝食を袋に包んでフロントに置いておいてくれました。疲れていた日にミントティーも振る舞ってくれ、美味しかったです。

Posizione, gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff in particolare Omar che ha fatto acquistare punti ad una struttura che per i bagni e gli odori non merita assolutamente il punteggio che ha su Booking. Cattivo odore dagli scarichi, la mia camera ( sapphire) ha un bagno simile a quello di un camper con la doccia che ha in mezzo il water. Ma non è solo il problema del bagno, ce ne sono altri tipo mancanza di tende nella finestra esterna e un vetro solo come finestra che di fatto non isola acusticamente e la strada pur essendo pedonale è trafficata anche di notte. Si salva solo Omar, ma è pretendere troppo da un bravo ragazzo.

Beschreibung für einen Parkplatz und die Wegbeschreibung zum Riad wären gut. Hatten uns mehrmals verfahren. Wurden dann sehr gut mit WhatsApp unterstützt und haben es schließlich gefunden.
