"Omar is the Major reason to stay there"

Omar is a good guy and really cares about his customer, he goes all out, the room was confortable, lots of room to move around, clean , bathroom could use updating but was good, hot water and good pressure, Omar is great and helped us out alot.

The small twin room is very small and with no room to move and outside shared bathroom downstairs, suggested staying in bigger room, very difficult to find location as people on the way seem to mess you up on directions to cause you to pay them to show the way. Should have taken up on Omar's offer to show the way there.

Struttura in ottima posizione per esplorare Fes, confortevole e con ottima colazione. L’accoglienza da parte di Omar è eccellente, sempre molto attento ad ogni nostra necessità. Come plus, l’hammam consigliato da lui ed il tour organizzato attraverso l’hotel sono stati delle ottime esperienze.

Omar nous a très bien accueilli dans ce Riad très typique. Nous avons adoré la terrasse pour ce poser autour d'un thé. La localisation au coeur de la médina est géniale.

La salle de bain mériterais un petit rafraîchissement.

Voilà un excellent rapport qualité prix ! Tout d’abord, la situation géographique est proche d’un parking surveillé et de tous les lieux incontournables de la médina, tannerie, souks, porte bleue, etc… Une jolie chambre avec une salle de bain fonctionnelle. Une agréable terrasse avec vue. Un bel espace commun pour prendre un généreux petit déjeuner. Le tout est très bien géré avec charme, bienveillance et sympathie par Omar. Il donne de bons conseils pour profiter pleinement de la médina, de Fès et de la région.
