"Cute Bumblebee themed cottage with excellent and friendly host."

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Bumblebee cottage which was cute and comfortable. Gail, the owner was so awesome and accommodating. She welcomed us on arrival and even collected eggs from the free range hens outside for our breakfast (and gave us a few to take home as well!). Love the bee theme throughout the cottage! We were in Greytown for the Winter festival and the accommodation was only a 7 min drive away so that was great. Would definitely stay there again.

Nothing to add here really. Everything has been set up well.

"Sweet little cottage"

Lovely, warm, cute little cottage. Really well stocked place, everything you needed, and a lovely breakfast provided. Picturesque grounds with hens roaming around. Hosts are lovely people, very accommodating and helpful, more than happy to give us a few extra eggs etc. We were a group of 5 friends and suited us fine.

It was just a little awkward having to walk through bedrooms to get to the bathroom (this is placed in between the two bedrooms). This isn't a problem if you are only using the two bedrooms as you can access from either room, but if using the bed seatee or annex or lovely little room next door, it could potentially be problematic to walk through where someone is sleeping during night. It's a good walk into Greytown, further than we thought. Google maps, say 45 minutes, and that felt about right.

Location stunning, looking out the windows into the garden. So homely and comfy. Love the little touches like the homemade jam in the fridge, bread, milk, fresh eggs from the chickens that roam freely.
