Led by a man and a woman; the man was very kind and helpful. The woman was very unfriendly, even rude; didn't show me the kitchen or wifi, just sent me to the room. When I wanted to put a bootle into the fridge she came out of her room and stared at me as if I had broken into the house. It's not a problem per se that she didn't know English, but she didn't even try to communicate, instead she spoke in Slovakian and was annoyed when there was something I didn't understand. Before arriving at the place I had sent a message to ask whether I can drop off my bag before 14 since I was already in town before 14, when check-in started. I received an answer saying yes, I can do that, but when I arrived they didn't know of anything and I assume this is also part of why she was upset. But in this case I have to say the communication between staff is just bad. Yes, I had a special request, but it was granted and then they pretended like I just randomly showed up and demanded to go to my room although I am way too early. The next morning the woman was friendlier, but I only saw her for about 15sec to give her my key and leave the place.

It was so hot in the room as It doesn’t have an aircondition. Very thin walls and everything can be heard. The owner didn’t let us use fridge and oven.

PLThe room was clean, bright and well-kept, everything worked, shower was nice. Not far from the center. Big shop nearby (Billa). Less than 10min walk to well-connected stop.
Owner wasnt very polite, she didnt speak english, 100eur deoposit in cash was required (which noone informed us about beforehand) and she got super mad when it turned out we dont have that much cash (we stayed for 1 night for 37e and the deoposit was 100e??). We had a room near the exit and the kitchen so it was impossible to sleep after 7am.

CNthe room is clean
it’s not a hotel room but a room in a private apartment, which is divided into many small spaces by wooden walls ( not sure if those can be called walls) you can hear everything that’s happening in the kitchen and next door.. WiFi 1 euro, no free tea/ coffee. even toilet paper was limitedly supplied, I booked for three days, there were only two rolls of toilet paper which were already opened and were barely enough for two days. when I asked for an extra roll, the lady seemed not happy. ridiculous place
ITTerrace Room Rental offers a clean, bright, basic and comfortable room. The hotel is not in the center of Bratislava, but it is less than 2 km from the Castle and you can even get there on foot. If you do not want to walk there, the TRR is still perfectly connected by public transportation.
It is ridiculous and unkind to charge for wifi access.
