Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Terrace Room Rental in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the property has no reception. Please contact the property in advance for check-in arrangements 3 hours in advance. Contact details are stated in the booking confirmation. Please note that your check-in is otherwise not guaranteed. Late check-in is only possible upon prior confirmation by the property and for a surcharge. Managed by a private host
