"My stay was good"

The helper was extra friendly, she made sure I was okay with everything I wanted such as extra towels. The water was always hot, the pool was clean, the room was clean. The wifi was exceptional.

The television wasn't working, but we didn't really need it.

"Fortune made our stay better."

Fortune was very friendly and always helpful.

The so called owner of the place is VERY COLD . Towels and linen were not changed and we stayed there for 5 days. Fortune is literally running the place alone.

Nothing

Everything. People there not around when you need assistance. No one to greet you when arriving. I couldn't switch on the tv...was walking around looking for someone to help. No one was there. They had locked themselves in a room. They are not hospitable at all.
