They were not prepared for our arrival as much as we had stated our arrival time on the booking. No towels we had to ask and were given one set of towel, had to ask for another one. We were not given the key at reception upon arrival. TV wasn't playing and we were offered a TV box whilst we were at the room There was noise outside made by a child playing. We was no kitchen facilities provided at advertised Network connectivity was an issue had to go outside to get better network Have to use your own logins to watch TV We were not shown where to drop off key

The house keeper she's friendly, humble and very hands on. The location is also perfect close to the beach and the shopping complex.

The pictures on the internet are completely the opposite of what you see/get. The house is rusty and old. The walls are full of mould and dirty. We did not receive any breakfast. . The housekeeper made us to stay due to her welcoming spirit. The sewer system was not working, toilets got blocked😢. WE FORGOT A CELLPHONE, reported it, poor housekeeper assisted to check for us but we did not get it. No call from the owner to show some sort of remorse nothing.
