"I waited for about 30min outside the gate . Intercom it’s not working . Host cellphone was off ."

Standard of room was not worth the money I paid . Bed is old with springs . Water was cold , bathroom door was not working . I did not recieve any communication from the host . I have been sending the emails asking for location .
