Magical Casalgo House

Nothing, hence the reason why I only stayed one night. I have photos of the reason why I only stayed one night out of five. The owner named this place magical and I am not sure why. It is a nightmare. The hallway is not sound insulated so if one party is noisy overnight everyone staying there is disturbed. The most scary thing for me was that I was unable to open the keysafe and the front door. I only managed to get inside through two different parties opening the front door for me. The key did turn in the lock but I was unable to open it due to me having a medical issue that causes my hands to have strength. The room key also. caused problems. The room key looked like a replacement (not new though). Once home I will be contacting my credit card company providing all my photos to make a claim of misrepresentation under the UK consumer credit Act. I could not stay at this property.

Everything. Please see above. The owners attitude was awful. He isn't concerned about his guests! I had contacted him over things and he simply states that he didn't throw me out..I'm a 69 year old female travelling alone and I had to put a chair against the room doors due to not being able to lock the door.

Bardzo klimatyczne miejsce, stylowy wystrój, bardzo dobrze wyposażone w sprzęty. Polecam!

The apartment is pretty

The property didn’t smell good and the bedsheets and the bedding was really dirty. The kitchen was dirty and everywhere there are CCTV so you feel like you are always being watched. Kitchen utensils are almost unusable, because of being old and really dirty.

The magnificent hallway is the main draw. Rooms are large and bed is comfortable.

It’s a little further out from the town center and the road seemed a bit dark and stretchy at night. Room 1 and 2 are facing an extremely busy street with super loud traffic noises. No shampoo or body wash in the bathroom. WIFI didn’t work.
