Use of the kitchen, great location

Room was smelling of mould - very unhealthy. Also, sheets and towels smelled bad (also in other rooms). Usage of kitchen was great, but it was not in the best state and not really clean. It had the bare minumum. No hot water , just slightly lukewarm and it was really cold. The mattress was also old so two people would constantly roll in the middle.

-Nous avions réservé une chambre avec SDB. Faites attention, elle était de l’autre côté de la cuisine de l’espace partagé (uniquement la chambre du RDC). Le propriétaire nous a gentiment offert la suite le lendemain mais la propreté de la chambre n’était pas satisfaisante. -Dans cette SDB nous n’avons pas réussi à avoir de l’eau chaude malgré plusieurs relances au propriétaire. Celui ci était très réactif à chaque demande mais n’a pas su arranger les choses rapidement pour l’eau. -les chambres donnent sur la rue et les fenêtres sont très mal isolées

Good location and cheap.

Beds were rock hard, the showers had alot of mold and mildew build up between the tiles. The property does not have staff onsite, so all done in advance with messages, although they forgot to send any information on how to actually pick up the keys so I had to chase that down. As there is no staff there, there is CTV everywhere in the property with big signs which feels quite intrusive, for example I wanted to go and get a glass of water from the kitchen in the middle of the night, but I didn't feel comfortable going down in my pyjamas, so had to get fully dressed as there's cameras

The house is centrally located. It was nice to have access to the kitchen. The bed was really comfortable and the shower had great pressure. In general, I think it would be a nice place to stay in warmer months when you could enjoy the terrace downstairs and spend more time outside of the house.

Although Room 4 was economic, it definitely had quite a few downsides. In general, the room is dark and damp. Theres one window in the bathroom but it doesn’t let much light in, and it goes out to a balcony that someone has access to, so it didn’t feel safe to just leave the window open to air out the room. As a result, my towels just never seemed to dry and the room felt humid. The lock on the door was quite particular and I couldn’t lock the room from the inside. Considering the front door needed to be shut and checked because it didn’t always close, it didn’t feel very safe as a single traveler that I couldn’t lock my room. On top of that, when you opened the door to the room, the top part of door always stuck and made a loud noise when it opened. It seemed like lots of doors had issues because you could constantly hear doors opening and slamming shut. Actually, In this room you can hear absolutely everything and the last morning I was woken up at like 7:30 by the sound of someone using machinery in the house or one of the adjacent houses. Room 4 also has glass panels on the room door and there’s a light in the hallway that shines directly into the room and lights it up with a cold white light. Outside of the room the house didn’t feel very comfortable. The rules for the house were mainly just a list of prices to pay for damages caused, and there were signs all over the common areas reminding you you were being recorded on the security cameras.

Ich finde das Konzept ein eigenes Zimmer aber eine gemeinsame Küche wirklich toll. Die Wohnung liegt so, dass man in Victoria alles gut zu Fuß erreichen kann. Die Kommunikation war sehr einfach und freundlich.

Im Bad hatte es Schimmel und in der Küche sind leider sehr viele Fettflecken, diese müsste mal grundgereinigt werden. An sich ist mein größtes Manko einfach die Sauberkeit. Auch sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig und durch die Fenster in den Türen wird es immer Taghell im Zimmer wenn jemand draußen das Licht einschaltet.

It's like a home. Walkable distance to citadella and easy to reach by bus from main station

Did my own breakfast - but so close to the city center etc

TV did not work - be nice to have a working Microwave oven
