Cosy bedroom near University

the owner is very kind and welcoming. the view from the terrace was wonderful. the bathroom was very clean.

it was a terrible experience, the structure was uncomfortable and the lady who manages the structure behaved very badly both with me and with my friend, at the end of the stay she confiscated our bags and demanded 40 euros, and for this reason, for I almost missed the plane, luckily we managed to recover our bags without paying anything but the experience was truly terrible

The Bathroom was OUTSIDE my room ! The Staff even asked me for 1€ and one of them even didnt say his name !

The host puts minimal effort into maintaining the property and providing accommodation services. Very noisy, hot and plasic bed sheets.

Location is OK, staff is friendly

It's very dirty in the whole building, the room was not the one in the pictures, the kitchen is shared and very dirty. There are things and furniture piled up on the terrace, which is actually everywhere in the building, not just on the terrace. For seven days of stay no one came to ask if we needed new bed sheets or to clean the room, they didn't even change the toilet paper, we had to buy it ourselves. The bed sheets are so old and worn from use that the one on my son's bed tore after the first night and we had to ask for a new one. Sorry I didn't take pictures but we were really disgusted by the hygiene. We arrived an hour and a half after check in time and had been warned that we would be late but our room was not ready and we had to wait. When I called to warn that we would be late, the lady said she would charge us 10 euros for the delay, but she didn't and I appreciate it. I wouldn't recommend the room.
