The check in was stressful. I was arriving later than planned due to a flight delay in my direct Paris-Mexico City flight. While on the plane, I tried to contact the hotel to ask for a later checkin, and since I had booked via Booking with the option to pay on site, they did not want to agree to have a late check in unless I could wire them the money right away. This was stressful as I was in the plane. My boyfriend spent an hour trying to call them and explain to them that I would pay when I arrived. FInally they agreed. I arrived and paid in cash, but after one hour sleeping in my room, at 1am I had a knock on the door asking me to move to another room because they had put me in the wrong room. Very stressful experience for a simple stay.

The host was so lovely and helped us with everything from taxi to storage of luggage! Would recommend!

The price-quality ratio is very good. The internet is not always stable, but it's good enough for watching series and relaxing.

I had never stayed in a place with a shared bathroom before. Once, I had to wait 15 minutes to take a shower, but I guess it's part of the experience. There are two bathrooms: one is very small, while the other is ideal.

Location is great. Staff member that greeted me was friendly.

The bathrooms are filthy and close to unusable. I didn’t dare use the showers. Furniture in the room is run down and dirty. My room had an interior window that faced the elevator hallway. The light from that hallway is bright and turns on and off through the night, disturbing my sleep. Common areas are dingy and dark.

I had a wonderful stay in Polanco, thanks to the friendly and professional service from Allegro. Even before my trip they called to confirm my details ensuring everything was well-organized. From check-in to check-out, their hospitality was outstanding. As a first-time visitor to this location their guidance was invaluable they helped me explore places and even arranged a cab for me during midnight. Their excellent service and polite communication made my stay truly comfortable. Highly recommend. Big thanks to Dulce, who assisted me throughout my stay. She was humble, kind, and always ready to help. I truly appreciate her support.
