They didn't respect my reservation. I booked room with terrace and city view. They gave me a smaller room without window.

Despite the photos on the website showcased a spacious living room and kitchen, the bedroom and shared bathroom were notably cramped. Additionally, the room had an unpleasant odor and there was no room cleaning service provided during our two-night stay. However, the biggest issue arose with the payment process. Initially, I was told that direct credit card payments weren't accepted for prepayment, and I had to transfer funds to a Mexico bank account provided by the host. Upon arrival, the host claimed they hadn't received the transferred amount and demanded immediate payment, prompting me to pay again using my credit card. Interestingly, despite their initial assertion, I later found out they did have a credit card machine available. Subsequently, I engaged in a lengthy process with my bank to trace the missing funds, my bank confirmed that the funds were successfully deposited into Allegro Polanco's account, leaving me unable to recover the duplicate payment. I firmly believe the responsibility for this situation lies with the host from the beginning, who mishandled payment methods and procedures. The host could have accepted credit card payments for prepayment but chose not to, while also failing to provide clear instructions for global money transfer. Overall, this experience was frustrating and financially burdensome. While the property might have its merits, the mishandling of payment procedures tarnished my overall impression. I urge future guests to be cautious and ensure clear communication with the host regarding payment methods to avoid similar issues.

Good value of price for one night.

The pics posted on booking.com look NOTHING like what it’s person. I didn’t know until I arrived that I would be sharing a bathroom with other guests. When the attendant brought us to our apartment, it literally looked like we were renting a room and it was very outdated. It’s very deceiving how they post pics online and when you get there, it looks nothing like you expected it. I want my money back!!! I’ve stayed at numerous hotels and this is my very first one that I would NOT recommend to anyone Please don’t stay here!!! Do your homework before booking your hotel stay.

Well i figured for the price it was an hotel but it was renting a small room in a department with sharing restroom and baths. They canceled my reservation various times and had to do it various times too
