The interiors and the garden are beautiful. Real boho in style and beautiful to look at. Also loved the little kitchen and the simple breakfast. Air con worked well, there was parking, the location was great and it is a very good price. Would book again.

This hotel could so easily go from good to great with just a few adjustments. Rooms have no hairdryer or TV, to be fair nor do they claim to, but unusual and for those of us with long hair a little inconvenient. Check in could definitely be a little clearer and smoother and while it has a certain charm the bicycle lock on the front door is a bit annoying. Reading lights would also be great. These are quite minor issues and I would still book here again.

Excellent location close to the Paseo de Montejo. Lovely garden and pool - a tranquil oasis. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The room we had was on the ground floor on the corner of 2 busy streets and noise was an issue.

This is a charming, comfy and clean accommodation in the center of Merida, it is just 20 minutes walk from the Plaza Grande The outside area with pool and garden is very cool, you can sit outside and chill in a nice atmosphere The house is very cute and nicely renovated

It would be great to have a lamp or any kind of smaller lights in the room for reading The rooms located to the street are very loud because the windows are not very isolated

The room was lovely (although much smaller than it looked in the pictures) and the pool area was nice.

There was no reception or support other than texting the host who only replied when it was something she felt inclined to help with (which wasn’t often). No one helped us when we arrived and no one told us how to get breakfast or book a tour when we asked. On our last day there were building works around the pool so we couldn’t use it (incredibly loud, multiple men wandering around a small space) and no one acknowledged it or forewarned us. The host was then incredibly rude about it. There was no inclination to help us with late check out or give us an option to shower - once the host had the money and we were technically checked out, she didn’t care about our experience. The shower was also bad.

Nicely decorated rooms. Space in a common fridge to put some stuff. Swimming pool was nice. Breakfast area had a little stove and a coffee machine. Cold drinkable water too.

Pretty loud, had to sleep with ear plugs. Curtains didn't cover the full window. Breakfast was strange. It was included but that meant getting yoghurt from the fridge yourself. There was some fruit. Before 9.00 there was no bread.. there was a strange combination lock on the front door. So in case of fire you'd have a big problem. Somebody was looking at it and the last day I didn't see it so maybe they already removed it. The location was so so, you can go everywhere but it's far walking and the side walks aren't great.
