+ House & rooms are furnished/decorated nicely + great shared area incl kitchen, pool and deck chairs + free water dispenser + air condition worked great + parking lot only 1 min next to accomodation + everything was clean :) + easy and fast communication with owner

- room next to a highly used road. Traffic all day/night. As there are traffic lights in front of the house and due to quality of many mexican cars it was pretty noisy in our room (if you have really light sleep, this could be an issue) - no minus for us, as you can see it on maps. Just want to mention it anyway. It's a 20 (-25)min walk til the city center (plaza).
