The location is great and the community has a large private security presence. Accommodated early check-in.

Security at the property was less tight. A bit funky. Bathroom for my unit was in hallway, not attached to room.

Location was great - close to downtown yet quiet and in gated community - very safe! Easy to find, access was super simple. Robyn even let us check in a little early & she was a great host!

Everything was great - nothing negative. The owner has a cat that I heard at night (I woke up to go to the restroom and heard it - it didn't wake me - I'm not picking to find something to say here). All was wonderful!

Location

Small room, poor view, didn’t tell there would be cats in the home running free. Bath room was located outside our bedroom in the hall way.

The location was great to the harbor.

In a hustle & bustle of Cabo, this place was located perfectly - close enough to the center, but far enough to get some peace and quiet. Also a very short distance to the marina which is great if you go diving early morning. Room was good, absolutely adequate for a few nights.

The host was very flexible and helpful prior to our arrival as we were having flight delays. She very thoughtfully provided clear directions on the best and cheapest way to get to her home. As advertised, the large bathroom, exclusive to us, was one step across the hallway. The room was a nice size with a very comfortable king size bed. Robyn showed us where everything was in the kitchen and made us feel very welcomed. The location in Pedregal was fabulous- close to everything, safe, and quiet! We utilized the private Pedregal beach and played on the pickleball courts several nights. Either Robyn, or her partner, Angel, was there if we needed anything, but were never intrusive. It was very much like staying with friends!
