Hot water was iffy at best.

Location is in a nice part of Cabo and a short walk into town. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. For the price, this was a great option!

Miscommunication with the owner who became annoyed and was rude. She was angry I booked through booking.com instead of directly through her and said she would be removing her listing from the platform as she is not getting her money. Too bad because her place is lovely and this property would be in high demand if she keeps it listed.

The place is artistic and comfy. The hosts were very kind to let me in early And check out late so I can enjoy the sea expedition without worrying for my stuff.

Pedregal is a very safe community and great location to the marina. Nice to be away from the chaos of the resorts/hotels!

It’s a room and private bathroom within someone else’s house so just to be aware! Locks separately though so it’s great!

Excellent feel and vibes in this place. Well taken care of. Seemed like you could stay for a an extended period. Also very secure in a gated neighborhood
