Casa Robyn

Location of the home was close enough to tourist activities to walk there, about a 10min. Walk. The room was spacious with good views of the city from the balcony. After long days of riding the motorcycle to Cabo, I needed time to relax and rewind, the place was perfect and the host was warm and welcoming so great experience overall Definitely would stay at Casa Robyn next time visiting Cabo.

The room did not have a television or a small fridge, although the owner offered a space within her fridge in the kitchen to use. These are minor items though.

Absolutely great location.. close enough to everything.. but far enough away to have some peace and quiet aswell

It was my first time in Cabo and i enjoyed every moment - Robyn and Angel are the best hostess.

Nothing!!! Took me 30 minutes driving around Pedregal to even find this place. Directions for address on website totally unclear. Guard at front gate could not even give me proper directions. Drove around on cobble stone hilly roads lost. They said there was parking for my car, but when I arrived there was construction going on up and down the street, with work trucks and construction materials blocking the parking area in front of the houses with no where to park. the street is a narrow small dead-end road. With work going on sun up to sun down, very noisy place.

****WARNING**** Do not book a room at Casa Robyn. The pictures on the website look nothing like this property. The room I was given is basically a bedroom in this ladies house, with no privacy at all, the bathroom is across a hallway not even in the bedroom, the room next to the bathroom, is where the on-site property manager Angel lives. Very uncomfortable with no privacy at all. This place is basically a dorm room in this ladies house. Had a slider door with a balcony in the bedroom, with trash and old construction materials down below, and no other windows. And there are NO TV's in the rooms either (Boring). Robyn Littlewood is not a nice person either, after talking politely to her on the phone, trying to get some of my money reimbursed from an 8 day stay I booked, she hung up the phone on me for no reason. Probably because she knows what a piece of crap this place is. Thought this place was a condo from looking at the pictures, but far from it, and not the case at all. The other two bedroom with a kitchen, you have to share with the other people living in other parts of the house, very strange situation. There was no way I was staying at this place after seeing it, never got one cent of my money reimbursed from Casa Robyn or Booking.Com, within the cancelation time frame. Had to book another hotel room in Cabo San Lucas for the reminder of my 8 day stay.

It was so homey. I’m missing being here already. Robyn and Angel were excellent hosts.. they both were so helpful even down to transportation. As a solo traveler, I felt super safe here especially in the area. I lost a couple of pounds because of walking and exploring everyday. Angel even helped me find authentic food places. Even though it is a shared space, I would totally recommend.

Really great spot in Cabo San Lucas. Very central to everything but off the main street so it was very relaxing and quiet. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Hot and cold water. water filter system for drinking. Great wifi. Very safe area. And really great staff. Communication for check in was a breeze.
