"Worst ever"

The air conditioning

Awful beds. The shower didn't work. No towels. Hidden charges not mentioned beforehand. Charged extra for hot water and the shower didn't work. Water was scalding. When I returned the key there was someone sleeping in my room. The worst EVER.

"Mouldy and dirty room, would not stay again."

The guy who greeted us was very friendly. Aircon was nice.

Beds were horribly, both our pillows were mouldy under the pillowcase and bed was uncomfortable. Shower looked like it had not had a clean in a few months with grime everywhere. Definitely some of the worst nights sleep Ive had.
