Beautiful natural garden shaded by coconut trees. Beach front location. Peace. Quiet. Delicious homemade Sri Lankan breakfast with side of fruit. Homely feel. Unpretentious, honest family run place.

"Great ocean view, breakfast and smiling hosts"

Practically it was like living on the ocean. Location is great. Roshanka and Prashant were great hosts. Breakfast was yummy.

The facilities could be improved but for one night's stay and the excellent sea view, certain basic amenities were easily overlooked.

"Amazing host. Beach on doorstep."

Literally had the beach on our doorstep. Host was amazing, really friendly and was lovely to chat to.

It didn’t have air con but there was a fan on the ceiling so was fine.

The hotel is right on the beach. The rooms towards the beach are airy and inviting to the view of the beach and garden. Host is very helpful and nice.

There is not an AC or warm water in the shower or a mini fridge. For my stay it was ok, but normally I would have appreciated this.

"Cool beach house with kind staff"

About 6 km from the Fort, this is a nice place with a lot of potential. On the beach, love that sound of breaking waves in the room. The staff is VERY helpful and kind

This beach house is work in progress, so there are little things that need some attention but overall it’s a good place
