The staff and family are great. They are very friendly, accommodating and the location is away from the hustle yet down the street from some nice bars/restaurants a quick walk down the beach. The breakfast was fairly solid every day with egg, fruit, bread, juice, and tea/coffee.

The Wifi is horrible kept cutting in and out being someone who works online made it difficult. At times had to hotspot from my phone. The room had a ceiling fan yet there was no circulation of air the bathroom remained damp/wet. There are cheaper and better places for the price point with AC.

Breakfast is great, sea front property , pretty exclusive beach. good location.

no water heating facility. it is a great budget property.

The location is stunning, offering direct access to a beautiful beach adorned with a few nice restaurants. The room was very airy and clean with a beautiful balcony overlooking a well-kept garden and the nearby beach and ocean.

Regrettably, the beauty of the place was overshadowed by the most uncomfortable encounter I had on my trip through Sri Lanka. While the owner initially gave off a nice and helpful impression, things took a turn hours after my arrival when he revealed he had a crush on me. Despite my informing him that I was partnered and did not reciprocate his feelings, he subsequently bombarded me with inappropriate messages via WhatsApp, having obtained my contact details through the booking process. This unsettling experience significantly tainted my overall perception of the stay. Had it not been for this unfortunate incident, I would have rated the place much higher.
