Amazing views of the beach and its just breathtaking. As soon as you come out of the room, it's the beach and the sunset is amazing. Very peaceful and quiet. Owner is very friendly and helpful and breakfast provided was amazing. Highly recommend this place. Rooms are very spacious and beds are comfortable. Huge bathroom. They do not have air-conditioning and I can understand this is due to electricity cost however, it is manageable. Sealing fans are available in rooms and honestly, you will be at the beach at this location and will not be inside your room cos the views are amazing.

We enjoyed our stay at Kodi Beach home very much. The room was clean and spacious. No AC but a fan which was ok for us. The outside space is very well kept and there is a nice spot to relax and watch the waves and the beach. The beach not overcrowded like the beaches in Hikkaduwa. Its almost empty. The owner and his brother were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed our stay and extended even one night.

Beautiful location with wonderful people. We really loved our stay here. Right on the beach so if you want to go for a swim or a walk its perfect. A little bit outside the city so quite as well! The hosts are wonderful people. Had a good talk with him and just so friendly. Really recommend staying here!

Perfect place to enjoy the beach in an idyllic setting. Communication with the owner was very easy, the room was spacious and clean. In addition, the breakfast is plentiful and good.
